The first step is the most important for any future evaluation. Different topics are examined:

The second step involves creation of material needed to:

 

  • define the distribution of spaces
  • illustrate ideas with black and white sketches
  • define the color palette

The third step develops and studies in depth the main concept through:

 

  • more developed sketches
  • preliminary renderings with furniture and carpentry works
  • floorplan definition
  • elevation definition with colors and materials
  • planning of meetings with customer to define further details

The choice of final concept

The fourth step sets a cornerstone of the entire design process, in which important points are set:

 

  • customer-designer's choices converge on a final set of renderings, plans and elevations
  • final choice of materials according to customer's budget
